The dedication and commitment of our Glendale Fire Department members is important to recognize. Glendale Fire Department Firefighters, Paramedics, Dispatchers, Ambulance Operators, and civilian staff have an unwavering commitment to selflessly serve and protect our city, each day. The GFD has an excellent record of promoting safety, minimizing risk through prevention efforts, educating the community, and our commitment to best practices and innovative approaches.
This Awards Ceremony honors members of the Glendale Fire Department who provide outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty.
Every year, in October, we gather to celebrate, recognize, and acknowledge the professional service of the women and men of your GFD.
